What We Do
Stratiq Capital partners with investors to provide niche commercial real estate exposure through funds, syndicated, and separately-managed account offerings. We desire properties to be in close proximity to the densest and wealthiest neighborhoods in the fastest growing major US markets.
Stratiq Capital is a Texas-based investment firm that focuses on opportunistic and value-add real estate transactions by diligently analyzing the data and market trends in the Sun Belt region.
Founded by 11 family offices and a vertically integrated tenant-centric team of investment professionals, our chief aim is to redeem workspaces in cities across the region. We do this by being sustainable, tenant-centric, fully aligned, and loving others.

We provide investors with syndicated investments. We lead a group of investors in the acquisition or development of a single property or single portfolio through management and beyond the exit using a fractional investment model.

We use an investment model whereby we partner with a single major investor in the acquisition or development of a single property or single portfolio through sourcing management and beyond the exit.
Industrial Real Estate Investing Strategies
We work to acquire, reposition, and redevelop industrial properties that suit the tenant’s needs. Additionally, we work with investors to identify industrial property investments that match their individual portfolios.
